Portfolio updated

by Roman Leinwather

It have been couple of months since I have created this blog version and I have not updated my portfolio since. After last week launch of Read Plus I have finally found some time to update my portfolio.

I could see from Google stats that most of the people click on my portfolio but it has been quite empty so far. I have picked couple of samples of my latest work so have a look if you have a second.

I have also started another round of designing of my upcoming application – Project Plus. I have made couple of designs last year and I will use this as guidelines but I am also going to use the knowledge and experiences I have collected during the last year. The new design will be wider to have a better and comfortable workspace and I have also fine tuned the gradients, buttons and other elements. There is still space to improve bits and pieces but the core of the design aspect is pretty much done. You can see the progress on this image. I have change my mind a bit about this application. I will develop the basic functionality and release a first version. The next versions will include modules like invoicing, statistics etc. The only problem is that I have decided to build it with Rails so I need to learn the language first.

Next post will be about my new idea. I will be giving one web design book a moth for free on my blog. Stay tuned.
