Lewro.com has moved to WordPress Web Hosting

Last week I have finally find the time to move my sites to new web hosting. The company is called WP Web Hosting where WP stands for Wordpress. My blog is running on Wordpress so it sound like a good match. But that is not the only reason why I have moved.

As you might know I have taken a part in the competition Coolest Wordpress Blog. I made it to final twenty and I finished on the eleventh position. Thanks again all you guys who voted for me! The company who organized the competition offered me free web hosting. I was more than happy.

It is not only my blog which is moving to the new server. They are also some test sites I am building for my customers and most importantly my first web application called READ Plus. I have not really had much space in my previous web hosting and the connection with the database was sometimes very slow. I will be writing review on my hosting later but so far I have noticed that the connection between my new application and database is way faster and the customer support is just brilliant. They helped me to move the site and answered all my questions in no time so I had all the necessary details before moving.

  1. Hello guys a good content is shared which really helped me a lot.Thank you.

  2. Your blog is a rich source of information on IT topics. Liked it, will bookmark it for later!

  3. Way to go for free hosting! :)

I use a company called eApps. They are probably a bit on the pricey side, but they provide excellent service and I have (almost) complete control over my server.

I have also been playing around a bit with setting up a server on Amazon EC2 – again expensive, but that might be something I move towards in the future when I need a bit more flexibility.

  4. @john I heard about EC2 and it is really cool solution specially if your web app start growing and you need to scale. Hopefully we will all need it one day when our web apps start to be popular ;)

  5. This is my first time here and like the blog. I look forward to checking out more of your site.
